Get swept up in the music, mischief, and mayhem of Shakespeare's Twelfth Night set in 1920's New Orleans, Louisiana. A shipwreck off the coast separates twins Viola
and Sebastian, leaving Viola to disguise herself as a man to survive in a city pulsing
with jazz, speakeasies, and Mardi Gras revelry. Serving the charming Duke Orsino,
she becomes tangled in a whirlwind of mistaken identities and forbidden desires, as
Orsino loves Olivia, Olivia falls for Viola's disguise, and Sebastian's sudden arrival
throws everything into chaos. Shakespeare's Twelfth Night transforms into a sultry, jazz-soaked tangle of disguise, unrequited love, and riotous
revelry beneath the flickering gas lamps of the French Quarter.
Shows are October 10-12 and 16-18, 2025 in the Trojan Center Theatre. Tickets are
